Nope! Just let us know where the bins are stored (garage, side yard, etc.), and we’ll move them to the curb and back without disturbing you.

Not a problem. You can leave gate codes, access instructions, or pet warnings during onboarding. Our family team is respectful, careful, and trained to follow special requests.
What happens if it rains or the weather’s bad?
We still show up — rain or shine. Your pickup doesn’t stop, and neither do we.
